Our Security Services in East Grinstead
Quantum Group provides comprehensive security solutions across East Grinstead:
Manned Guarding
Our SIA-licensed security officers provide a visible, professional presence at commercial premises, retail sites, healthcare facilities, and residential developments across East Grinstead. From permanent guards at town centre locations to front-of-house officers managing access at healthcare settings like Queen Victoria Hospital, our manned guarding teams are trained, vetted, and equipped to protect your people and assets.
Mobile Patrol Services
Our patrol officers conduct scheduled and random checks on multiple sites throughout the night and at weekends, covering locations from Sunnyside and Baldwins Hill through to Ashurst Wood and Dormansland. Every visit is logged and reported, giving you a record of each patrol. For rural properties around Forest Row and Lingfield, mobile patrols offer a cost-effective alternative to permanent guarding while maintaining a strong deterrent.
CCTV Monitoring
Quantum Group Ltd provides professional remote CCTV monitoring for businesses and properties across East Grinstead, ensuring that camera alerts are responded to immediately by trained operators. We work with existing systems or advise on upgrades, and remote monitoring gives you surveillance without the cost of on-site personnel.
Keyholding and Alarm Response
When an alarm activates at your East Grinstead premises in the middle of the night, our keyholding service means a Quantum security officer responds on your behalf — attending the site, inspecting the premises, liaising with emergency services if needed, and securing the building. With our Crawley base just twenty minutes away, response times to East Grinstead are consistently fast.
Alarm Monitoring
We provide professional alarm monitoring and response for intruder alarms, fire alarms, and panic alarms across East Grinstead. Our monitoring centre receives signals directly from your alarm system and initiates the appropriate response — dispatching a mobile officer, contacting emergency services, or notifying designated keyholders. Essential for commercial premises on the High Street, industrial units, and isolated rural properties alike.
Retail Security
East Grinstead’s vibrant high street and its mix of independent shops, national chains, and hospitality venues all face the ongoing challenge of retail crime. Our retail security officers are experienced in loss prevention, customer-facing deterrence, and incident management — working closely with store managers to reduce shrinkage and create a safer shopping environment.
Construction Site Security
With ongoing development across the East Grinstead area, construction site theft and vandalism remain significant concerns. We provide dedicated site security including manned guarding, mobile patrols, and CCTV monitoring to protect tools, plant, materials, and partially completed structures. Our teams have extensive experience securing sites in semi-rural locations around Felbridge, Lingfield, and Dormansland where sites can be particularly vulnerable.
Corporate Security
For businesses operating in East Grinstead’s commercial centres, we provide corporate security solutions including access control management, reception security, executive protection, and security consultancy. Our officers represent your organisation with the professional standard of presentation and conduct your business demands.
Event Security
From conferences at East Court and Meridian Hall to race days at Lingfield Park Racecourse and private functions, our event security teams manage crowd safety, access control, and emergency response planning. We work with event organisers from the planning stage through to post-event debrief, covering events of all scales.

Response Times
Our base at Crawley Business Quarter on Fleming Way is a short drive from East Grinstead along the A264, so our officers reach the town and its surrounding villages without the long journeys faced by firms dispatching from London or Brighton. When an alarm activates out of hours, our keyholding service means a Quantum officer attends on your behalf.
Local Knowledge
Our team knows East Grinstead. We understand the difference between protecting a historic shopfront on the medieval High Street and an industrial unit on the Birches Industrial Estate, how traffic on the A22 and A264 affects routes into town, and the particular risks facing isolated rural properties out towards Forest Row and Ashurst Wood. That knowledge informs more effective security planning.
Accountability
Every patrol visit is logged and reported, giving you a record of when officers attended your site. If an incident occurs at your East Grinstead premises, our officers secure the building, liaise with the emergency services where needed and report back to you, so you always know what happened and what was done.
Community Investment
We work across East Grinstead and the High Weald villages around it, from the town centre to farms and estates out towards Forest Row. We care about the communities we serve, and we approach every client relationship as a long-term partnership.
